Ian Lubbers: Lead Pastor

Ian and Megan have lived in Fairfield for the last 21 years. Ian taught 8th grade in Fairfield City Schools for 20 years, led Young Life in Fairfield for 10 years, and has coached Fairfield students for 15 years in various sports. He recently graduated from Covenant Baptist Theological Seminary with a Masters of Pastoral Arts degree.

Megan served as a Young Life leader in Fairfield for four years and has hosted small group Bible studies. Ian and Megan have 7 children and serve as foster parents in Butler County. They are members of Grace Covenant Church where they lead a small group and Ian serves as an elder and Church Planting Intern.

Kyle Jones: Elder

Kyle serves as the Executive Pastor at Shiloh. He and his wife, Susan, have three children, and as a family they enjoy playing games and exploring new places.

Before serving at Shiloh, Kyle was an Associate Pastor at Bethel Community Church for three years. He has spent more than 20 years teaching science and engineering and currently works as an engineering instructor with Butler Tech. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Miami University, a Master of Education from Indiana Wesleyan University, and a Master of Divinity from Covenant Baptist Theological Seminary.

Kyle also serves on the Environmental Commission for the City of Fairfield and is currently pursuing certification in biblical counseling through the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors. He is passionate about the local church, biblical counseling, and discipleship, and particularly enjoys helping people apply the truths of Scripture to everyday life.

Kyle enjoys home repairs, building things, camping, and reading theology and history.

Kyle Bolser

Kyle serves as the Hospitality Director at Shiloh.  He and his wife, Kaitlin, have three daughters.  As a family, they love being active, reading, and eating ice cream.  Kyle also enjoys nature, sports, cooking, and writing poetry.

Kyle grew up in Fairfield and graduated from Fairfield High School.  He went on to receive a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Masters in Education from the Ohio State University.  He has taught English/language arts for fourteen years, including over a decade for the Fairfield City School District.  

Kyle is excited and humbled to be able to fulfill the Great Commission in and around Fairfield as a servant leader at Shiloh Covenant Church.
